Lemon Drizzle cake recipe card

Last week I baked a lovely Lemon Drizzle cake and a few people have asked me for the recipe, so I thought a recipe card would be a nice way to do it! Feel free to save it and print it out or stick it in your recipe book. (the oven temperature is 180c)

Today is my Mums birthday so we've had a nice day at home, I've been flicking through my vintage tea party books looking for lovely recipes (cake ones incase I hadn't made enough cake already ha) and later on we are going to go to Pizza express, a pollo pesto here I come!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend, love Becky x

Songs of the week: Lorde - Tennis court, Lana Del Rey - Gods and Monsters, Awolnation - Sail

  4. I have this book: My brother bought it for me as a birthday gift. I really haven't even had a chance to look through it properly yet - which is so, so bad I know.
Then my friend bought me the other one ( cream coloured one) for Christmas - I really do need to do some reading ;)

    Love lemon drizzle cake too!

  5. I love how you made this recipe card, the beautiful design makes me want to make the cake even more! Also, I have wanted that book for ages and ages. I have vintage sweets by the same author, and although I ADORE it, I am less likely to make sweets more frequently than cakes!

  7. This sounds delicious; love the illustration to go along with it! I'm gluten free, milk free, and egg free, so it might not be the recipe for me, but nonetheless you put it together adorably. :)
